It’s ‘Winner takes all’ as 9 of the Country’s finest Rockabilly, Swing & Jump Blues bands go head to head over 2 stages at the Factory Theatre on Saturday 7th July.
In the Blue corner we have Sydney’s Kings of Swing – The Velvet Set, backed by the fabulous Hollywood Hombres featuring Miss Pia Andersen, Jump Blues Maestro Matt Black and his Phat Kats and the super cool styling’s of Jordan C Thomas and his Swing Sextet.
In the Red corner are the undisputed Rockabilly Champions featuring the Tamworth Tornado - Ezra Lee with Miss Pia Andersen, Melbourne’s finest - Kieron McDonald and Scotty Baker, Sydney legends the Pat Capocci Combo and future contenders the Drey Rollan Band.
Your judges for this 12-round world title bout are the King and Queen of the decks – Limpin’ Jimmy & the Swingin’ Kitten along with DJ Goldfoot who’ll be spinning the best partner dancing tunes ‘til late in both rooms.
And for those needing a break from the dance floor, step into the Fuse Box and have your hair and make-up done at the Vintage Styling Parlour, get inked at the Tattoo stand or have a trim and shave at the Barber Shop.
